Lastly, the hotel's understanding and quick refund due to a family emergency was truly touching. I will definitely choose to stay here again.

Despite a few minor cleanliness issues in the bathroom, it was a nice place to relax during a storm. We were also grateful for the early check-in. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.
